From jct I-10 & I-215: Go 1 mi S on I-215 (Washington St exit), then 1 mi E on Washington St, then 2 mi S on Reche Canyon Rd.
Being here for 4 years, rules are regulated when the office feels they need to. Not everyone treated the same. Rules apply to only certain individuals.
Other than that, very nice quiet place. Clean showers and a lovely pool area.
Prices are consistent with all the other trailer parks around.

Well, another rent increase, it was $550.00 a month when I moved in. Then it went to $600.00 a month. Now, they have raised it to $700.00. That is a 28% increase since I moved in...
They are pricing it to where, along with the electric bill (which in the hottest days of the year) runs on average of $380.00 a month, it's gotten very expensive to live here. Although I did have one bill last year of $505.00.
I went there with a friend who has a family member who lives there..It wasn't the first time, But everytime I've visited they are always clean on the grounds, good parking and not noisy at all. I enjoy being on the grounds.
Love this place! I have been living here for 5yrs.. Nothing but nice people living here..
