What a wonderful place to spend a few days in Southern Arizona. My girlfriend and I came here with our dog, who had a blast playing with other dogs and admiring the horses. This ranch is absolutely beautiful, and the camp hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. We even messed up our dates, and Kim and Dan allowed us to stay an extra night to accommodate our plans. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and we can’t thank the hosts, Kim and Dan, enough.

Enjoyed this out in the country setting with great views, quiet setting, and relaxed, recuperating area. Great take-off location to visit the many wineries within 10 miles. 50 amp (owner can provide adapter for 30amp if needed) and water connections at each pretty level parking spot. Dump station was close to #1 parking site but owner intends to extend to all 5 sites in the future. Felt the $45 per day was a little high due to lack of other convenience items and distance to grocery stores or other possible needs. Dan and Kim are great hosts checking if any assistance was needed but also left you alone to enjoy the sites. We rode are offroad bicycles into nearby Empire Ranch but roads are pretty bumpy and would not suggest it unless you can bring a dirt bike or ATV. Little children enjoy running around the ranch and visiting the many horses in the barn or stables. Teens or heavy internet users will need boosted cell services as our tmobile was fair at best. AT&T and tmobile towers are within 5 miles and a good booster will improve speeds and internet connections. Thanks again to Dan and Kim for a great stay at their ranch. Vineyard picture from driving distance winery.

We just got home from our weekend at Rancho Del Nido, and we can’t wait to go back. Dan and Kim (and their girls) are the best, most caring hosts. The ranch is scenic and peaceful. We visited with our three horses and three dogs and felt welcomed before we got through the gate. Kim was in contact with us to guide us to the ranch, and both she and Dan greeted us and helped us to settle in. I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and friendship!

This place is a wonderful oasis in a very peaceful valley with views for miles. Kim and Dan, the owners are really involved in making my stay as good as possible. It’s a great walk around the twenty acres and the beautiful horses. There are also roads and trails almost across the highway to explore the Coronado national forest on my motorcycle.

We just had the most amazing weekend at Rancho del Nido with amazing hosts Kim and Dan! This was our second visit here and we are already planning another trip! I secretly didn’t want to share our amazing location because we love it so much and feel like it’s such a hidden gem, but we want other people to enjoy it too! The kids loved helping with the horses in the morning and everyone loved our add on of riding horses! The horses were roaming the property and it was like out of a movie you look over at the beautiful view and see a beautiful horse right there!

We seriously love camping here and are so thankful we found it! Coming back soon! Thank you Kim and Dan for making it an unforgettable trip with amazing memories!
