The booking and date arrangements were easy and no issues. What came to our surprise was how run down the cabin was compared to the pictures online (family cabin). The electric heaters will blowout the breakers and we had to stop using 3/4 provided to us. Which we still had cold nights. There were ants every morning, dust and mold was clearly visible. 2 of the burners on the gas stove did not work. Closet doors coming apart. Light switches did not stay on without tape. Unfortunately, we will not book here or recommend this place to anyone. Management, please invest in your cabins , the pictures show what the cabins truly look like- the website pictures are very deceiving.
This place is amazing, great views and wonderful staff!!! Will definitely return again!! This is our Ruidoso RV spot every trip now!!
They have cabins and campers so I didn't get a chance to see the rooms in the cabins but the general area is nice and clean and quiet very close to the end of the Mountain Gods great location
Rainbow lake offers rv sites and great cabins in a beautiful mountain setting. Bring a mountain bike and check out the near by trails. They staff are amazing and go above and beyond when it comes to making sure you have the best stay.
Set up for 5 days Sunday to Friday. It's been peaceful and relaxing. They have refreshments when you check in and a map to help. The laundry and showers are close by, too. The fish pond is pretty with the different colored species. A trail close by to hike. The shopping stores are a five minute drive away. It rained a bit. However, it was still beautiful.
