This lot was created with RV and campers in mind. New in Fall 2023, this beautiful lake front RV pad has access to Deer Point Lake. There are 2 fishing Kayaks, a charcoal grill, picnic tables, and a lake side fire pit for guest use. A private boat dock and trailer parking is available for guest use as well. There is a 50 amp / 240 volt EV plug for our guests traveling in electric vehicles, and a 50 amp RV site on the property. Sewage and Water hookup as well for you RV or Camper. Additional $15 to have access to the EV charger during your stay.
Deer Point lake is known for its big bass and record Shellcrackers so bring your fishing pole, boat or jet ski. Fishing, hunting, birding, kayaking, or boating on the rivers make for great day activities. Relaxing on the lake just steps outside your front door is also a good option.
The cottage is located 20 minutes from Panama City beach, Pier Park, and several other beaches. It is only 15 minutes from Panama City airport, 20 minutes from Tyndall Air Force Base, and a 45 minute drive to Seaside and 30A area.
Love it . I caught a turtle that was really big on my pole. Felt bad cut it loose.
It would be a great place to fish if it wasn't for the f#@$ fish police give you a 100 + dollars tickets (fine) for taking my

Most mornings I come here to cry and pray to our Lord. And to thank him for the little beauty that's left in this world.
Absolutely beautiful lake, whether your wanting to fish, swim, or cookout/picnic, its always a fun time here. Also has a saltwater side on the other side of the Dam that is great for fishing, and has a nice walkway, and another wooden walkway, so theres plenty of room for everyone.
It's gotta be a 1of them feel good days were if you don't go to swim or fish, you can simply sit & gather your thoughts without interruption.
