The owners, Bruce and Jane, are wonderful hosts and went above and beyond what others would. This was supposed to be a quick, easy overnight stop on our way to the Black Hills, but our truck broke down when we tried to leave the next morning. Bruce and Jane were so helpful, allowing us to stay a week while the truck was in the shop and even helped with transportation. With full hookups and laundromat, we will definitely stay here when traveling this way.

Nice little campground just outside of town. Cleanest bathrooms and showers I’ve seen in my 45 days biking across the USA. Tent rates were reasonable and they have laundry (washer/dryer) for a small fee as well. I’d happily come back.

We’re from Alberta on our way to New Orleans on a cross America road trip and stopped here for the night. I can’t say enough good things about how nice this campsite is. Bruce was a kind and welcoming host that took his time to show us around, answer our questions, and give us some recommendations for the area. The showers and bathrooms were impeccably clean and the prairie views were lovely. We camped in a tent and it was such a nice wake up to hear the meadowlarks in the morning.

If you’re on your way through and want a safe and welcoming place to lay your head, this is your spot!

Thank you Bruce for a great time!

We needed a good halfway point stop on our roadtrip West. This place, although on the way, was off the beaten path and I'm surprised I found it but oh so glad I did. The owners, a sweet older couple, were so hospitable and kind. They let us choose whatever open spot we wanted. The bathrooms were super clean and because we got to choose our own spot right across the street. For $24 a night I couldn't have asked for a better spot!
