Fairly new. Nice facilities. You have to buy a token to take a shower!!!! That was a first. Also the lake view is a bit misleading. The lake is only half a mile away but there is a forest between the campground and the lake so there is virtually no view. And I couldn't see that there was any access to the lake. Had to search for a while but did eventually locate a garbage off in a corner of the park. No garbage at showers/restroom area.

RV park near Glendo Reservoir and Glendo State Park, with easy access from I-25. We stayed a week and found it a relaxing stay; besides boating on the reservoir, the state park offers hiking and biking. The RV park caters to the boating crowd and the pull-through gravel sites are wide enough room to park your boat next to your rig. The town of Glendo is small and offers limited services and groceries; though there are a couple of interesting restaurants and bars. The campground also has limited supplies and a small friendly bar with pizzas. All the utilities worked fine, although there is no cable or TV reception. The restrooms and small laundry were clean and in good condition; the showers needed tokens. Overall, our experience was OK; would have been better if we had a boat. It is a convenient stay while traveling between Cheyenne and Casper.

What a great place to stay. The view is beautiful! All campsites are extra wide and pull through. The driveways are wide enough for the largest A class and fifth wheels to drive through. The owners were so nice. There's even an adult watering hole at the office. We would definitely come back here for short or long-term stay.

Let me start with saying my wife and I were passing through and decided to stop for the night. We called ahead and got the last space they had. We arrived fairly late about 7 and were welcomed in like old friends. The cost, 41 dollars and some change after taxes, was very reasonable. The sites are gravel but very large, big enough for the truck, camper, and a boat if you had one. As I was setting up, I noticed I had a tire coming apart on the camper. The next morning I changed the tire to discover the lug nuts would not work with my spare rim. The owner not only brought up a nice Jack for me to use but told me where I could probably get different lug nuts on a Sunday morning. Because of them we were able to make it out and home. This place and its owners are awesome! I should also note the property is immaculate. I cant comment on the bathrooms or showers as we did not use them. They above and beyond to help and I hope to visit them again in the future.

Great place to take the family for a camping getaway. RV, camper and tent sites available. Water sports rentals, convenient store/ restaurant/ bar. Locals drive down in their golf carts to enjoy the evening. Massive reservoir with a plethora of fish to catch. Bring your swim wear as this is a warm water reservoir and it's hot in the middle of summer here so the water is your oasis. 536 camping spots, multiple boat ramps, sand beaches and tons of fun.
