We fell in love with this site. We've stayed for 2 months. It's a perfect location, located right in the middle of Baton Rouge and New Orleans. They have a swimming pool, hot tub, washing facilities and showers. Great amenities. The staff is friendly and the owner is funny. The restaurant on site serves delicious food some real home cooking. The sites have concrete pads and our level.

We have been staying at Poche RV park for about 2 months now. Overall, the people are nice and they are fixing the areas that need repair. The biggest issue is the washroom. There are only 3 washers that work out of 6 or 7, the dryers are ridiculous. There are also 6 or 7 of those, only 4 "work". I wash 2 loads and split into 4 dryers, only 1 dryer actually dries, the others you have to run 2-3 times. And theyre not free. So it takes 4-5 hrs to wash 2 loads of clothes. Will have to go to a laudromat, very frustrating. Also, people staying in the park keep coming and bumming.

We want to take time as a business but also as RV Enthusiast to let everyone know a little hidden secret back home. This jewel of a location is smack dab between New Orleans and Baton Rouge snuggle right in the heart of St. James Parish. Being a native to that area makes me feel really good to know that Mark Anderson and all of his staff have considerably gone over beyond from Hurricane Ida to regular stays....we can only say is top notch service. Let's not forget to mention the awesome food at the Crevast Restaurant. If you are looking for nice rental from our family to yours please do not hesitate to call us and/ or book a stay through RV Share.

Mark continue to build a legacy with this campground and we look forward to continuing to camp close to home in another wonderful ground.
