Close to home , clean campsites and Road America is 1/2 mile away to see great racing. Plus other activities like fireworks that we saw that were awesome.
Nice campground with plenty of things for kids to do. Roads are kind of narrow to negotiate while pulling a travel trailer. Pull thru site we were in was not very well thought out. You had to make a 90 degree turn off of a narrow road to get into it, which means your trailer is going through the grass. Pull thru sites should be angled for easier access.
Great campground. Plenty of things to do. Attractions close by. Very friendly and helpful staff. An extra Thank You to Kieth for letting us use a 50 amp extension cord so we didn’t have to go out and buy one. We had turned our camper around to face our friends and our original cord was 10’ short. Definitely planning a return trip.
Amazing campground! Lots of stuff to do,if its open. 3 pools, lots of playgrounds. They have nightly and daily activities for adults and kids. Had to pay extra for wifi in our cottage. The mattresses sucked! Soooo many rules about cleaning up the cottage before you leave, but came into a dirty cottage to start with. Hair in the drawers, floors not swept, barely any dishes to cook with (including no pizza pan or pizza cutter)?!? It was said that dishes and cooking items were included with the expensive cottage, but no pizza pan?!? And for the price I paid, I wasn't expecting to have to pay extra for wifi in my cottage.
Traveling for work. Stayed for a weekend cause they had pools and a game room, never again will Inwaste my time. Overpriced, poor quality campgrounds with rude staff and lackluster accommodations. Go literally anywhere else and you'll have a better time. Let's put it this way. If you were born within 10 miles, you'll be treated nicely. Otherwise you'll be treated like an outsider that isn't welcome.
