We start our camping season each year here at Green Lake Campground! We love the service, the splash pad, the awesome store (ice cream/chocolates/coffee). They just put in a new playground and our kids had a blast! One thing I would recommend is training staff on how to use the espresso machine. When we got our morning lattes, there was no espresso in them just steamed milk🥲. But we will be back again that is for sure! Love it there!

We had a great time on the grounds and there was a lot to do for the family. My kids loved the golf course on-site.

We rented the Chalet but unfortunately the hot water did not work the first night. The owner/staff did come and fix the hot water issue the following day but nevertheless we did not have hot water for one of the two nights we rented. The owner did offer a $100 refund if we would be cool with no hot water for the weekend and they would fix it once we were gone. We said we would prefer it fixed as soon as they had time. They came and fixed it before noon the following day and they were very polite and nice about getting it fixed.

The issue I have is they gave $0 refund for the inconvenience of not having hot water for one of the two nights we had rented. Logic would say if you were going to give a $100 refund for two nights without have hot water, wouldn't you give a $50 refund for the one night without hot water? We rented a cabin for two nights and one of the two nights we didn't have hot water - which is one of the main reasons we/anyone would rent a cabin in the first place.

All in all we had a good time on-site and the in-person service was great. The lack of any acknowledge of an inconvenience left a bad taste in our mouths, sadly.

We had an amazing time camping at Green Lake campground. Very kid friendly, with lots of activities organized during labor Day weekend. You can also find pools, basket ball court, pickleball courts, and a playground. We will come back.

Beautiful area that's well maintained. The full hook-up lots are spacious and level. The bathrooms, showers and pools (there's 4 and a splash pad) were clean. Did I mention the ponds and trails?? I felt like it was a site seeing adventure checking everything out. Their office / coffee shop and mini store were very reasonably priced.

We stayed at F01, corner lot across from the park. Most people were respectful of not cutting through.

I'd rank this #1 out of the 6 we've gone to over the years. The nearby Green Lake and surrounding area is worth a look around as well.

I haven't been to all the campgrounds in the beautiful state of Wisconsin, but I can tell you that this one would be hard to beat. All restroom and bathing facilities are extremely clean and well taken care of. There are four different pools to lounge in and enjoy on hot summer days that are also kept extremely clean. Customer service at GLC is top-notch, and guest experience is a priority. There is a par 3 golf course, a beautiful pond with a sandy beach, an awesome tractor wagon combo that provides hay rides on Saturdays, and one of the most pristine camp stores you will ever see on any camping journey. If you are looking for a clean, secure, and exciting place to take your family on a camping trip, GLC needs to be at the top of your list!
