The park is older and it seems a lot of people live there full time in older trailers, some not kept up with very well. The facilities are showing their age, and the sites are pretty close together. Our neighbor was pretty rude and they walked their dog without a leash and didn’t pick up after it. This was an issue because we were walking our dogs on their leash and the neighbors dog ran up on our pit mix and nearly cause a huge problem. We would stay again in a pinch but will look for a different park on our next visit.

Great place to stay. I'd give it more stars if I could. The alligator show was AMAZING! I can't believe that guy had so many snakes. Now I need why you ain't supposed to feed the ducks. I'll be back!

I always like to post something positive.....the front desk lady was nice, the grounds were attractive once you went out to the perimeter. Laundry was fine. The sites are on top of each other and most here are full timers. Unfortunately, the bathroom was filthy......hair all over the floor. The grounds keeper was mowing at 530pm and couldn't do our grass area. He did it the next day while we were gone and there were grass clippings in all our belongings that were outside. We would have moved our things had we been asked.

Also the bunnies and large amount of stray cats was cute, but if you have a dog, it may be a bit distracting.

We are having an excellent stay here. Arrived 10 days ago, we hope to stay another two months. Very peaceful and quiet, the staff here works hard to keep the place nice. Shelly in the office is efficient and easy to work with. Great dog run and playground. Excellent laundry facility. Park is located near town and the ocean. Great WiFi. Lots of trees and grass. Couldn't be nicer.

The new owners decided to keep the same manager from the previous owners who were racist and now the manager is turning people away based on weather or not "she likes" you. Discrimination and favoritism in Tillamook. Big surprise. There are better places than this but not many...too bad new owners are lazy and went with what was there instead of hiring a forward thinking, open minded professional who would grow the buisness not stale mate it.
