This is a great clean and comfortable gem in the town of Garibaldi Oregon. The location is the best for fishing or crabbing as it is directly across the parking lot of the marina. There is plenty of parking for cars and boats, and a great crab cooking area with a picnic table and fire pit. The staff us very nice and make good cookies . I have stayed 3 times in the last 2 months . Always a great stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights in December for a crabbing trip. For what we were doing, it was perfect. It's at the marina maybe 100 yards from the ramp. Right next to the marina store. Can't get more convenient than that.

Has boat parking with a hose available to wash down the gear and an area set aside to cook crab (you do need to bring your own boiler).

The rooms are recently remodeled. Everything was exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable. Check in/check out was easy.

Lot of little touches for convenience. Washer/drier available. Paper towels, lantern, blanket and towel for the dog all set aside in the room. Little touches made a big difference.

Staff was friendly and had good food recommendations as well as ideas for things to do in the area.

Only down side is the walls are thin, so having noisy neighbors is impactful. They do provide ear plugs though!

If you're coming down to fish, this place can't be beat.

We stayed here the night of 10/08/2023. We told them that we were on our honeymoon and they gifted us a bottle of wine and put us in a room at the end of the building, separated by the room with the ice machine. That was all very nice and appreciated! The room was clean and the area was quiet. The remote check-in was also very convenient. We would recommend a touch up on the outside, just to make it even more inviting.

Beware: While the location may seem nice I would highly encourage you to not book here. If you choose to do so I would recommend upon your arrival thoroughly inspecting your room and noting ANYTHING you notice and immediately reporting it. We were charged $150 for a "replacement blanket/quilt (which is about as thick as the sheet)" due to a stain they found. I had noticed the mark the morning after arrival on the underside of the blanket after we had slept in the bed and it was ruffled. It looked as though it was washed/set and from previous usage plus we were in a pet friendly room. (So I definitely didn't expect perfection). I did not fuss or bring it to their attention. When asked after departure I told them it was not from us and I had assumed it was from previous tenants. We had eaten out and had NOTHING that color in our room. The response I got was they had thrown everything but the kitchen sink at it but it won't budge (probably because it had already been washed, dried, and set when it was put in our room) and that management determined it was clean upon arrival and a charge of $150 would stand. I may have believed the rooms were thoroughly inspected if upon arrival our room didn't smell of cat/dog urine, the sink drained properly and we hadn't found fruit flies. Extremely disappointing.

My family would HIGHLY recommend going 1/2 mile up the road to Hotel Garibaldi. It's a 5 minute walk to the marina, CLEAN, the staff is amazing and accommodating, pet friendly and actually has amenities for a comparable price.
