Enjoyed the campsite on the water and the canoe rentals. Frustrated because the camp host/ check in people made my family buy another campsite, telling my family members we had two vehicles and that wasn't allowed even though you get two parking passes. This caused a lot of stress. Other sites had multiple people and cars, RVs, etc and all we had were two cars and one tent, so I don't know why we were singled out and overcharged in this way.

Been going there before it was a campsite. I live there's a place to swim. Then the camping area. Showers are so hot it's great for when camping. Also accessible bathrooms, pavilions to rent for parties. My fav. You can rent stand up paddle boards and kayaks!!!! So much fun. Abd for fishing you can park anywhere around the dam and fish or there's docking at the site for any boats. Just please clean up after yourself. It ruins things for all. I sound like Yogi the bear. Don't cause forest fires. Lol.
