The entrance to the park is on PA 305; a 10-minute drive west of Belleville or a 35-minute drive southeast of State College.
Such a beautiful place to visit! There are so many trails to go explore on they have a park for kids to play at/on. The only thing is the water is always so cold due to it coming off the mountain. They have pavilions for people that want to rent one for any kind of event and if no one is renting them then anyone can use them!
Nice clean campground with electrical hookups. Close to excellent mountain biking at Rothrock SP.
This is a beautiful state park located near State College. Plenty to do here. There is a trail system that offers mountain bike trails or hiking! Be prepared to climb, it is a mountain. The park has a refreshing lake. Nice little beach. Plenty of parking. Changing rooms available! There is a bath house!
Visit the furnace for a bit of history. Go for the day or camp and stay the night
