For a overnight it's fine. Easy in & out. Full hookups, you do share water with your neighbors. Have a 2 headed spout on hand just in case. Freeway is close but the rain drowned that out. Pay across the street at the propane building.

Make sure you choose a spot that has working electrical. We didn't notice that ours wasn't working so we ran an extension cord over to the next one to get our electricity.

I had a family emergency and needed a place. Stayed off and on since March 5th 2023. Finally leaving today. Reasonable prices. Electricity was off 4 days out of that time. They just had their wiring updated. It was a blessing to be able to be so close to my father having health issues

It's a great place to stop over for the night if you're on I-35 near there. For $20 a night you'll get a full hookups with reliable power. If the office is open they'll take your twenty bucks but if not there's a place that you can put it in next to the door. you are right next to I-35 so it's noisy and there is a gravel road that when cars go down it and they do, the dust it kicks up is a lot. Not the kind of place that you're going to be sitting outside of your RV, but the sunset was kind of nice. I think it's my second time there and would do it again if I was heading through Oklahoma City north.
