This RV resort is amazing. Everything is new and the grounds are kept up very well. It's very secure day and night. The spaces are large and all utilties/hookups work like new. I stayed here with my family for several days after having mechanical issues with my truck on the way back from Arizona. Breaking down 6 hours from home with a fifth wheel is quite stressful and it was such a relief to stumble upon this beautiful RV resort. Best of all, the owner is an extremely nice and helpful guy that obviously cares about people and treats his customers like family. We also met several others while staying there that were very nice people as well.

Nice brand new park. Paved roads and low dust gravel sites. Walled in. Great WiFi. Easy in/out just off I-20. Josh the owner is very helpful and is the veterinarian next door if your pet needs anything.

Very nice rv park. Big sites. Wi fi is OK. Mostly long-term oil workers, but it is kept clean.

A bit overpriced for what you get. It’s a nice place, but it’s still under construction. There’s no office to check you in. I was texting with the owner prior to our arrival, but when we arrived we had no idea where to park and couldn’t get a hold of him. We pulled over and walked around the park in 102 degree heat. I remembered reading in another review that he’s also the owner of the vet center next door so we walked over there and were finally able to check in. He basically took our payment and texted me the wifi password and gate code. He was nice enough, but not informative or welcoming. It looks like there’s a ramada being build and possibly some nicer landscaping. It looks like it’ll be nice when it’s finished and they get the kinks worked out.

Pros

1. Clean park with nice looking rigs

2. Close to I-20

3. Wifi was strong enough to stream movies on our tv

Cons

1. No office to check in or ask questions

2. No amenities - not even the basics bathrooms, showers, or laundry

3. It’s hot in the summer and there’s no shade or grass

We travel for work and have stayed at a ton of rv parks in West Texas and New Mexico. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed at. Very quiet, super clean and no sand spurs! Amenities are in the near future plans but even without a laundry facility or pool, this is still so much better than what we've experienced before in this area. Even if my next project is further away, it would be worth the drive to stay here.
