Staying 2 nights. Traveling from NC 2 OR coast. Host is a sweet Lady & can't beat the price. It's secluded no power no water but I'm self-contained just right 4 me and my puppies. Stopped at upper Deschutes little Deschutes is now
We have stayed two years in a row while in town for a baseball tournament. The hosts have been great, the spaces are big, the kids all have a blast and the little Deschutes is so fun. Only complaint is the mosquitoes! But worth the fun and the convenience of being close to town. And having a coffee shop across the road is a big plus as well!
Historical and beautiful. Very well kept. The camp host is both helpful and friendly. No sewer, but some spots (which are quite large) have power and some power and water, some have none. It's small and quiet.
Big open spacious spots, or smaller tent sized spots. Hook ups are limited and no sewage disposal on site. Prices are very cheap. Things look a little run down here and there but not a deal breaker. Dog friendly run area and nice little walking areas. Would recommend host put some form of map showing where spaces are. Night time it's very hard to determine what is a space and what isn't
Litttttle run down. Definitely a handful of permanent residents. Close off the highway, which is why we chose it. Great for that, though of course pretty loud because of the traffic. Not to mention the poor dog barking all day and night. And music playing in the wee hours of the morning. Seemed like a cross between a trailer park and a campground. Gave an extra star because I didn't use the bathrooms. Could be nice! Benefit of the doubt.
