Enter off US 101 to Patriot Way (main gate). It is well marked. Stop by the Billeting Office ( first street to the left) to get signed in and obtain the key to unlock your electric box at your site . Camp is 9 miles from Seaside, Or. and 7 miles from Astoria.
Great place to stay and train. Range Control here are a no-nonsense group that has some common sense. Thank God.
1st tour here and love it. The Pacific is just over the hill from this photo, which had a nice herd of Elk on the Zero range. Barracks were warm and bunks have soft mattresses. Nice scenic drive to get to Rilea. Cabin rentals are 30 dollars a night at the time of this posting for those wanting to rent.
Great place love all the ppl here especially in the mess hall! They have awesome food and desserts. You will never have another meal at any military base like you will have here. Love this place.
Great place to park your RV. We stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful time. The lot is not very level but we were prepared for that. The laundry, bathroom and showers were all clean. It was quiet and everyone we encountered was friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
