I do not leave reviews, I don't think they do anything but in this case, I hope it does, or at least get the word out. I used to like old cedar, it just feels like a family campground, not corporate run or anything, a nice campground to just hang, fish, they have a nice pool, but as of today the owner, who I have never met before is not a nice guy at all. Very very disrespectful towards my family and I, and he is especially disrespectful to woman. The owner accused us of ruining a tree that was already damaged before we got there, I will never ever go to Old Cedar again, I know this review probably will not do anything, I found out the owner doesn't even look at the reviews, his staff does. Anyways I have been camping all of my life and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I just want to warn people, because this is not right at all, there is no reason to disrespect someone like the owner did to my family today. I understand that people have bad days, but this honestly felt like an attack. He didn't even want to have a dialogue, but I'm finding out more and more that this guy treats his staff horrible as well, very unprofessional, and it really is horrible that someone like him would be in charge. It's a shame because we do like this campground but unfortunately his actions just ruined it.

Went for a family reunion at Old Cedar. It was rainy but no storms in the area. The kids were all wet from the rain so we asked them to open the pool but they refused. They say they have a game room but it consist of a Ms. Pac Man and a pool table. We paid $10 a head to get in so they made over $500 that day. I was very disappointed.

Love this quiet and relaxing campground. Site 104 is my fave. The view of the pond is serene. It may not have all the fancy amenities but that's the plus for me. I just want to kick back and relax. Only down fall is wifi. Very slow

This was a great campground close to home for a weekend trip with the grandkids(ages 6-12). They were asking to stay longer. Lots to keep them busy…pool, fishing, mini golf, tennis, basketball and kids axe throwing hosted by the activity director! Staff was friendly. Bath House was clean. Grandkids want to go back again. Great bang for the buck. Cabin was small, but was perfect for a short trip. Cabin was very clean.

Cute little campground in partial woods and open space. Great views of small lake and cows in adjacent field. Plenty of sites with activities for kids with beautiful pool and goofy Golf course. Fishing in small lake and large pavilion and cute store with amenities shirts and toys. Short walking trail to Monroeville Winery, a must do if you’re camping there!
