Terrible and Greedy Company with ridiculously high prices for monthly bills and terrible equipment.
A transformer in my area blew out twice for as long as I have been living here like how incompetent can AEP be?
Their equipment is cheap but their bills are expensive that makes no sense.
Not to mention always wanting more and more rate hikes enough is enough AEP needs to go.
