From jct Hwy 93 & I-70 (exit 157): Go 5 mi W on I-70 then 6 mi W on Hwy 40, then 1/4 mi N on Wiengardner Rd.
The hospitality is very good. We were passing through on Friday night of Labor Day weekend. There were only 2 spots available. We pulled in at 10:45pm and the owner led us to our site and helped us set up. We certainly appreciate all they have done for us.
Campground consists mostly of full timers who are all very friendly.
Owner is helpful and attentive. No issues at all with service or grounds.
Nice walking trail, fishing pond, treat shack, playgrounds for little ones. Very relaxing weekend.
Only reason not 5 stars... this is a mostly permanent camper park. Still worth the call to see if they can work you in. Beautifully maintained, super quiet. Owner is super nice guy.
Wow! Very friendly owner! We were driving home and needed a place to stop for the night. Rolled in at 9:45pm and were met at the entrance by the owner! He led us back to our spot, helped us back in, and hookup! The grounds are nice and rates are VERY reasonable! Highly recommend!
Ron and his wife are amazing. We have our camper set up at their Campground. I can not say enough good thing about it so well kept. The activities held at the very nice pavilion are a blast.
Ron is just an amazing guy he checks in to always make sure your stay is pleasant. The trails around the camp grounds are nicely maintained. If you are looking for a great place to go this is it. I recommend calling as this diamond in the ruff is in high demand. The wait is well worth it. Thanks for letting us be a part of the Campers Grove family !!!!!!!!
