Its a nice resort, lots of interesting little nooks with trees and trails in between, for kids. Plus a main trail that leads to the ocean, with about a 5-10minute walk. Volleyball, and playgrounds. The showers are standard, clean, and do the job. Electric and water hookups, dump station right at the exit. It was a bit flooded the day we left due to rain, but we were still able to dump. Only reason im knocking it a star, is because the spaces are pretty crowded/tight, and not enough parking. Parking was a mess if im honest. But we made due. I would return.

This is an older campground in a beautiful location 😊 The amenities are sparse, but there are some. There are laundry facilities on site and CLEAN restrooms 👍 We visited on New Year's Eve and during this time of year there is a LOT of rain here in Washington State. That being said, there is standing water in places of the campground. Fortunately for us the skies were clear and sunny making our stay very enjoyable😊 We'll be back for sure!

I watched a man go through the camping area lifting the picnic tables and mowing the grass under them. I saw evidence of someone doing the little things that make an area look groomed.

The restrooms showed the same care.

Is this a 5* park? No. It's clean, neat and cared for.

The laundry room was nice with new machines and complimentary WiFi. I liked it.

I'll be coming back in the future!!

Every bit as beautiful as Daytona Beach in winter - only this is summer! The sandy beach is immense - you feel alone out here even with passing a few people here and there. The water is a good temp for wading (in August). Outstanding location.

This is a small RV park. When it’s full, the electrical gets flaky. We had to switch our fridge and water heater to propane. Even then it went out for a few minutes OFTEN during the weekend. On Monday with fewer people here, we could even run the AC without problems. Only 5 or so front spaces have sewer and they are short spaces.

The spaces are flat, graveled, long, and easy to back into. We are parked against a green belt and have lots of greenery to see out the windows even though the neighbors are CLOSE.

We love Oceana for its location to the beach. Bathrooms were fine. We did use the showers and found them clean. We stayed in one of the drive-thru sites and were thankful Noone parked next to us. We are over 42' with 5 slides, and it is very tight in these sites. But the sites near the beach have more room.
