At first on our tour I wasn't impressed. But all of a sudden, 15 minutes or so in it was beautiful. It's a warm cave with high humidity. We stayed 2 nights in the rv campground with water and electric.

We love Oceana for its location to the beach. Bathrooms were fine. We did use the showers and found them clean. We stayed in one of the drive-thru sites and were thankful Noone parked next to us. We are over 42' with 5 slides, and it is very tight in these sites. But the sites near the beach have more room.
