Campsite: Thousand Trails Verde Valley
Very quiet location! This one of those places where you can unplug from the world outside. This a nice RV Park, with Cabins to rent and places to pitch a tent.
If you want cell service? It's not always available through out the park. When I need to use my phone or laptop I go into town and use the Local Library.
During the day there are a few activities going on in the main clubhouse.
I've been coming here once a year for the last 9 years. I always find it a nice place to visit.
Campsite: Sahara Creek DNR Horse Camp
Very Nice Horse camp facility. We go up camping a few times a year. Sometimes we go up for the day. The trails are really nice. You can go for a short ride or go all day. Yup, I'll love the place.
Campsite: Thousand Trails Oceana
I watched a man go through the camping area lifting the picnic tables and mowing the grass under them. I saw evidence of someone doing the little things that make an area look groomed.
The restrooms showed the same care.
Is this a 5* park? No. It's clean, neat and cared for.
The laundry room was nice with new machines and complimentary WiFi. I liked it.
I'll be coming back in the future!!
