We love coming to Newmar, they have a wonderful Park across from their service bays. We were concerned that the change of ownership and covid-19 would have affected the quality of their workmanship. Fortunately that was not the case. The service and workmanship was definitely up to par so we will continue to return for repairs and maintenance on our motor coach.
Wowsers… amazing place with amazing customer care. Here for 4 days getting my Bay Star serviced. Never experienced a RV service centre this well organized and clean. Kary with a “K” was my service tech assigned to me. If you are coming for service ask for Kary, he is definitely top drawer material. As an added bonus loved the sound of Clickity Clack Clickity Clack driving by the campground. 😃🐴
Love the Newmar service team. Always helpful and efficient. Appreciate the lot to stay in when there for service on our RV. They treat their customers with respect and act as if we are family.
