This RV park was the most horrible experience we had. We got there and the electric pole in our site was burned. There was no electricity. When they came to fix it, the low amp would not make our refrigerator operative and we lost a lot all of the food we had just brought There was another electrical post at the next site and our 50 foot amp cable was just short of it. The employee there actually said pull the line to Stretch it further. Makes one wonder the education level of the employees there. We were also cheated out of a months rent. Because of an unfortunate accident and could not return to the park. We also overpaid for the first month we were there and told we were credited and were not. Basically they got five weeks of rent with us not being there. They told us they would credit us for the time we could not be there this month. Be warned, being credited to them means they will let you come back and stay in the park. They do not give refunds even when you have fallen and broken bones! They also lost our rent check and called us to ask us if it had cleared our bank yet. That my friends is an example of a very poorly operated business.
Nice and Quiet clean small pound laundry and shower Facilities nothing else
Quiet, peaceful, and very well priced! You also get a beautiful catch and release lake (no swimming) and a nice stream running through the park!
We reserved a spot here a month in advance and paid a $250 deposit. Was told they would have a spot with full hook up in a month, so we paid deposit and stayed in Airbnb for a month. Once we got to Indiana we decided to go check out the campground. It was HORRIBLE! Trash everywhere, absolutely disgusting and extremely run down to the point we didn't feel like it was a safe place to stay. Several co-workers were already there and were promised full hookups and once they arrived were told they had a wait. So we found a better campground. We notified the owner 3 weeks before we were due to arrive that we weren’t going to be needing a spot there and asked for deposit back. He rudely said nope no refunds! When we checked the place out, there were several open spots, but okay. So we lost the refund but gained a much better campground. We travel for work so have stayed at numerous campgrounds all across the states. Never had this experience before but thankful we found an opening at a great campground!
