About Campground

**We welcome adults 21 and over to camp at our primitive campground during the 2021 Ruoff Music Center event schedule.**

We are located 1.5 miles east of Ruoff/ Deer Creek Amphitheater. There are no electric/ water hookups for RVs/ Campers, however, gas generators are welcome. Campers will need to bring their own flashlights, bug spray, etc. We will have portable toilets and hand-washing stations available for all campers to use. IDs will be checked upon entrance to our property to ensure guests are 21 and over. We will have twenty-four spots available for reservations prior to the concert. If weather permits, dry and not raining, we can accommodate more campers, as the back of our property is wooded and on a flood plain. Campsites are first-come, first-serve; we recommend you get here before the concert to pick your spot. Contact us if you are interested in a site for an RV or camper. We do have a limited number of these sites available to reserve, but keep in mind there are no hook-ups or dumping and pricing is different.

Camp sites are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A reservation will secure you a parking spot (does not include RVs/Campers) on the property and you pick where you wish to pitch your tent. There are no refunds on reservations; rain or shine camping will go on.

Amenities include: shady campsites, portable toilet, and security.

RVs/Campers—we have a limited number of sites available for RVs or Campers, but we do not have hook-ups. Please contact us for pricing and to check availability.

Great spot! Lots of space for everyone. Not cramped and they provided music and late night grilled cheese and ice. I’d go back if I ever get out there again. Wonderful vibe and beautiful grounds and family. Easy to get to and from Rouff. Epic time.

Our family has stayed at Mud Creek several times for concerts at Ruoff. The owners are very responsive and extremely friendly while giving you your privacy at the same time. Campground is clean and well-shaded. Primitive camping, but there are port-a-potties and an outdoor shower. We have large rigs - 45+ feet - and had no problem finding a place to camp or getting in and out. People who complain about the commute…concert transportation has never been the campground’s responsibility at any of the concerts I’ve attended. Cute dog and kids are a bonus!

We had a large group of 30 people that stayed at Mud Creek for the DMB shows. We had a GREAT time here! Plenty of shade and really awesome camp areas! Clean ports pots and a nice shower. The owners were super nice and easy to work with! We really felt like Mud Creek was perfect for our group. Close to the venue, shaded, and they don’t overcrowd the camp. It felt so perfect for us. They even had live music! They have plenty of spaces to park but still had so much room for us to play our annual kickball tournament :)

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of transportation. We had no issues getting to the venue but had a tough time getting back to camp. After the show we called the guy that was supposed to come get us and we had an understanding on where to meet. We went to that spot and called him 5 times and waited for 30 min and he never showed and never answered. So we just walked. It’s about a 35 min walk (1.5 miles) which isn’t bad at all but there isn’t an edge on the road to really walk on and it’s not super safe with cars driving by and it being dark out. The camp holds 50-60 people but I didn’t feel like the transportation could appropriately accommodate that many people. It would be awesome if they had a bus and could make one trip to the show and one trip back. Make it easier on the owners and campers! There are always improvements to be made and I know the owners have put a lot of hard work into their camp and I have no doubts this is something they will improve for the future! But honestly, aside from transportation, this place was really awesome! I would recommend!

Thank you for being kind, friendly & understanding hosts:) I have stayed here three times now, two times for Dave Matthews Band weekend and now once for ODESZA! There is plenty of shade camping and it has the necessities like port-o-pots and a hose/shower to rinse off in. The water isn't warm and sometimes the port-o-pots are hot in the sun but hey its camping:) Maybe for fall concerts/camping plan to bring wipes if its too chilly to rinse off! I love staying here and have always had an awesome and FUN time:) See ya soon!

Awesome spot and amazing hosts! Plenty of area to camp with privacy and close enough to the amphitheater to make this an ideal camping trip. They are planning on expanding and adding showers soon. Highly HIGHLY recommend! Nice dog too!
