We stayed during the "Great Valentines Freeze of 2021" even with no water and sometimes no electricity the owners found ways to improvise and make us happy. This was no easy feat, when Texas temps get into the single digits everything stops... everything but them that is. They helped with free bottled water, ice, and were available to every guest the entire time. Great location near town for groceries, propane, and restaurants. You wont be disappointed

This is a GREAT place to call home for a few nights. It’s far enough to be safe and secluded but near many attractions while visiting the area or passing thru. It’s clean, quiet, and plentiful in the amenities. A nice spot for you, your family, dogs and even horses to relax. Full hook ups, a general store, laundry, showers and even hammocks, horseshoes and fire pits. We have stayed a couple times now and would definitely recommend. Thank you for the hospitality y’all!

Excellent RV park! Price is fair, park is peaceful, neighbors are friendly, and best of all the owner (Brigette) is friendly and completely reasonable. We stayed 6 months and enjoyed it all. Laundry price is fair, bathrooms are super clean. We stayed at 3 other RV parks that didn't even come close. We would have never moved except the family kept growing and we needed a house. New Adventure is the best!

This past weekend we stayed at New Adventures and it was great! Bridgette was very nice and went around talking to everyone and even gave me and my Husband a little bag of complimentary treats for our dogs. She was very accommodating as well and made sure my parents had a spot right next to ours. The WIFI worked great and there is even a complimentary bundle of fire wood for you to use which came in handy because it got really cold. The site was well kept and clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Would Recommend to anyone going to the Sam Houston National Forest area!

I had someone tried to open my door in the middle of the night. The guy that mows ended up breaking my sewer hose. I have the owner trying to charge me more money for a whole fifteen days that I didn't stay there. After I told him that I was in fear of my for my life. I do not recommend this place for anybody.
