Such a nice location and friendly staff. You could walk to the water, restaurants, grocery store. We saw two launches from a park across the street. There were both long-term renters and weekenders and all seemed friendly! I feel lucky to have found it.

Really cute little RV park tucked away amongst full grown palm trees & sites separated with plants & hibiscus bushes; almost feels like you're on a small RV island. Pleasantly surprised that it isn't a noisy area & not disturbed by traffic. Looking forward to our first space launch tonight!

I was lucky to find this little gem right in the middle of downtown. If I hadn't been in a hurry to get home I would have stayed a couple more weeks. Quiet, peaceful and close to everything you need or want. I travel a fair amount and hate to make reservations cause I enjoy the freedom of picking up and moving on a whim. I hope this gem is available next time I'm in the area which will be next year for sure. Thank you for a very pleasant visit.

We had an awesome time. The manager was very knowledgeable and showed us where to watch the space launch, good places to eat and go see. We had an outstanding view of the launch right across from the RV Park. Two days was not enough time. The park is very secure with cameras on the perimeter so felt safe leaving to site see. Nicely landscaped and quirky signage to read on the trees as you walked through camp. Loved our time there. Didn’t rate the rooms because we didn’t use them. Sure they would also be a 5.

The campground itself is super nice. It’s so beautiful with amazing plants and trees everywhere, clean, safe, and quiet. The staff (Tater and Elaina) running the campground were kind, attentive, and very helpful. Tater had the 411 on what to do and where to go locally. The location is ideal for us. Awesome Cuban bakery “Tree of Life” next door. Brewery and other shops less than a block away. The river is right across the street and the pier is just a couple blocks over. You can fish, eat, grab a beer, all with an amazing view of the river and surrounding area. There is also a big park within walking distance. Bonus- we got to see 2 rocket launches during our one week stay! We absolutely loved it and will be back asap!
