About Campground

This is a small campground just outside of city limits in Marshall, Texas. We have 14 full hookup lots which include 50/30/20 amp electrical outlets, fresh city water and sewer connections at every site. The pull through sites are between 70 and 78 feet long, back-in sites are up to 60 feet long! All sites are a minimum of 35 feet wide! We have fire rings at 8 of the sites and some picnic tables. The Piney Woods area, we have developed a walking trail in the rear of the property that is approximately 15 acres in size and is in a forested setting. There is also a community area with a fire pit, picnic tables and corn hole game. We have a large doggy park where your pet can run free to get out some pent up energy! We now have laundry available, bathroom with shower stall will be available very soon! We accommodate smaller rigs - like the mini pop up campers or pickups with campers on the bed - for cheaper rates, subject to availability. We also take last minute travelers if there is a spot open. And finally, we also have some tent camping spots in the rear of the property, primitive camping at very low rates.

Directions

Highway 43 exit off of I-20, turn north to Cooks road, turn left/west and go 1 mile to near bottom of hill and you will see our park sign and an "RV PARK' sign with an arrow pointing towards a long driveway. About 450 feet back on the right, can't miss it! Your GPS will be able to help you find us!

I needed a place to recharge my battery bank, and though I was traveling in a 2 door coupe, the owner of the RV property made special accommodations for me to be able to plug-in to a regular outlet via extension chord and charge my battery bank and all of my electronics over night. The owner did not offer this as a regular service and had to go out of their way to help me out. For that I was truly grateful and would recommend this as a stop for anybody traveling through Marshall. Besides that. It's not far off the interstate but you wouldn't know it because it's tucked away in a beautiful wooded area. It's truly a nice little spot.

We have been staying here for the last couple of months and the place is very peaceful and quiet. It’s only minutes from town, in a nice area and very clean. The owner is working on improvements daily such as a bathroom and laundry shed. He also makes sure people keep their sites tidy and that everyone is respectful of those around them which is very important when living in these parks. He doesn’t allow outdoor storage or trash to be left around so it helps keep it nice and tidy. There is a huge fenced in dog park and a very nice walking trail. It’s off the beatin path, but still within a mile of the city limits. Perfect for a nice weekend getaway or long term if you’re working in the area.

Very nice rv park just outside of town and it's nice and quite. Nice walking trails if you like getting out in nature with a area for tent camping if you like. Spacious dog park for your dog to run. I would recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend this park. Very well maintained. Owner is friendly, responsive and easy to reach. He definitely cares about providing a great park for his tenants. Park is safe, quiet, and off the beaten path, but still close to town for shopping needs. Stayed for 4 months for work in the area. Will definitely stay here again when back in Marshall. My kids really enjoyed the walking trails. Park provides washer/dryer access, wifi & washroom. Pet & family friendly. Easy to book online. Very happy with the stay…can’t express enough how pleasant it was.
