Great stay very clean, well kept RV resort. Common and shared areas are super clean. As other mentioned lots of amenities, washer/dryers, kitchen, gym, horseshoes, bacci ball court, fire pits, picnic tables, dog run, The only dig i have is to keep on the residents about picking up after their dogs, while were there we did receive the Text keep at it. A little too active on the weekend evening for my taste but suppose this comes with the nearly in town location. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we need a place in NE Dallas.

Inviting and clean park with a modern design. Wonderful staff and easy online booking, check in and out processes.

They are still under construction....adding more spots and a pool next year.

Good dog park.

2 community fire pits in the pretty courtyard.

I love it when parks have a fitness room, just wish it had a door separating it from the common room for a little more privacy.

Pricey for what you get ($50-$80/night) and for the location. Nothing in walking distance, not even the lake. Feels like you're in the middle of farm country.

We sold our home, bought an RV and have been here for 1 1/2 years while we build our forever home and we absolutely love it. There is a community center, laundry mat, dog park, fire pits and much more (plus they are currently adding more amenities). A lot of good people here and a lot of return guests. Nancy, the office lady/park manager is awesome and makes sure everything runs smooth and Tony, the grounds guy/ do it all maintenance man is phenomenal and super helpful. I got the opportunity to meet one of the owners, Kevin, and he is a great down to earth guy. Whether you're traveling or looking to stay long term this is a great place.

ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE!!! They have construction going on right up against the property. Gave us no warning or heads up and charged full price! Unacceptable. Construction woke us up each morning, and a cement truck at 3 am. This property is predominantly permanent residents. One of the residents was also racing at 3am! See photo of tire skid marks. Horrible experience, got no sleep, and paid extra for a premium site.
