My girlfriend and I with our two dogs came to the area for work. While new to the area, we stayed at a different RV park and was extremely uncomfortable with the circumstances so I got to hunting for a new place and luckily discovered The Pines. I stopped by and was blown away. The pictures do not do this place justice by any means. It’s the first time I have come home and been grateful to be in a quiet and peaceful environment. It’s not like any of the other RV parks in the area. There’s simply no comparison. The pad sites were extremely well taken care of. The dog park, laundry room, bathrooms, and game room were amazing. The entire property is extremely clean and neat. The owners have done an incredible job building this park with quality and customer service at its forefront. It shows with the incredible genuine hospitality that they have shown us for the past 6 months. We really loved it here and truthfully did not want to leave. A full timer’s paradise.
WOW!! this is hands down the nicest, cleanest, friendliest campsite we have EVER been to! The owners are literally amazing. I have never been to a site and felt more welcomed, they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. I couldn’t even imagine a better place to stay. 10/10 recommend to anyone!

This place (and the owner's) are AWESOME!!! SO SO SO glad we found this place as we will certainly be back! We booked a tiny cabin for 1 night as we wanted to tow our boat from DFW to check out Lake Cypress Springs. Our cabin (C5) and the entire facility is SUPER nice and so well laid out with awesome amenities. There is plenty of space to maneuver and park a boat trailer. And it is super close to a FREE boat launch (with plenty of room to park your truck and trailer), The Cove (the restaurant and gas for the lake), and the awesome historic town of Mount Vernon. Our dog loved it too!!! We will be back many more times to come.
Mrs. Jennifer and her family are AMAZING. Best people you could ever ask for. We stayed here for 3 months, and this is hands down my favorite place, and we didn't want to leave . It's a super clean and very peaceful place to stay! Highly recommend The Pines
What a beautiful RV park!! The Rosewood event venue was a surprising upgrade to an already upscale site for travel enthusiasts. This is a great addition to the Lake Cypress Springs and Lake Bob Sandlin area!
