Our newly completed park is situated on the west-bound access road of Interstate 30 approximately 3-1/2 miles west of Greenville, Texas. We offer 74 sites which, at each site, provide convenient hook-ups for power (20/30/50-amp connections), water, sanitary sewer, free Wi-Fi service.
All RV sites front on a paved roadway and can accommodate RV’s up to 45’ in length. We also provide laundry facilities for our residents, a full-time park manager who resides on the site, twice-weekly trash pick-up from each site, and a large fenced dog park as part of the amenities offered.
Our goal is to provide you with a satisfying stay at our park that is convenient to numerous shopping and dining facilities in nearby Greenville, Texas and offers, as well, excellent on-off access to/from Interstate 30 in both directions of travel.
Under construction right now but looks to be pretty close to being opened up and it's going to be what looks to me like a very big and a very nice park. Will be right off of I-30 easy-on Easy-Off can't wait to see what the other big open spaces I see are going to be.
Nice place, lots of very nice people. Never any problems, quite park. Shane is super nice and will help in every way possible. Greenville has lots of good places to eat and shop.
I really enjoy my stays here. Pretty quiet inside the trailer and great hookups. Most people keep to themselves and the setup makes it great for long stays. My wife even gave birth at this park, so expect fast 911 response. Neighbors can change drastically so only because of the few crazy ones, 4 stars.
This park is ran by some of the nicest and most understanding people I have ever stayed with. They are always friendly and return messages and calls in a timely order. Rv spots are clean and well manicured.
The best rv park around. I’ve stayed here several times when my daughter lived here, we loved it so much we moved here too! The laundry room is up to date and the dog park is great for exercise, park management, Jesse and Adreanna are always on top of everything! Definitely recommend!
