Excellent services and amenities and great staff! They were very accommodating and helpful with information about the area. There is plenty of accessories for your rigs to buy in the office for those crazy instances when things break or you forgot something. Highly recommend booking several weeks in advance!
This location is top notch! I just bought my travel trailer and moved to Nashville for work. I had no idea at all how to set it up or what I needed to do. Lisa and Steve and everyone else there was super helpful getting me get set up, telling me how to do things, and making sure I had everything I needed. Anything I needed, they made sure it was taken care of. The location is convenient to Nashville and everything else you might want to do there. The campground itself is very clean, well maintained, and all of the staff is wonderful. Would 100% recommend if you are looking for a nice place to stay around Nashville. And if you don't have a camper or tent, they have cabins too! Wonderful experience all around.
We have stayed here a few times now. I highly recommend the Nashville East/Lebanon KOA for its convenient I-40 location, great staff, and clean, comfortable sites. The campground facilities are excellent though there is some traffic noise from the nearby interstate. Overall it's an easy and enjoyable overnight stop with quick highway access. I'll definitely stay again when passing through the area.
The staff were all very friendly! It's nice to feel like you are welcomed. I only had an overnight and didn't spend much time there. The bathrooms were very clean. The campground was nicely decorated for the harvest. I had a tent space in the Hammock Hut. Very nice!!
Highly recommend. Made reservation online a couple hours away. Nice lady called from office at 4:45 pm to get an eta as office closes at 5 pm. She said someone would wait outside for us and sure enough he did. Nice man waited outside in golf cart and escorted us to site and gave us all info we needed. Bathrooms very clean and well laid out. 10 stars from this happy camper!
