I like the campground and I had a good time here. The only complaint is that the snack shop employees are very slow and forgetful. It takes them an hour to get your food ready and then you have to remind them you asked for toppings and they act like you're giving them a hard time

Fantastic campground and the staff was super helpful. I didn’t come prepared with a longer hose but the campground does offer cheap rentals on hoses and electrical extensions. The grounds are well maintained and the rest rooms were kept clean during the entire memorial weekend. Kids had a blast! Wish they had a swimming area at the lake. No sewer hookups but dumping station in a good location, bring your poop tote!

We brought our Pathfinder (church youth ) group there to camp over the weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The bathroom and shower facilities were great. A group took a Saturday afternoon walk around part if the lake. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Playgrounds for the children. Boats, canoes, and kayaks for rent to take a spin around the lake. Wifi access most places.

A beautiful 100-acre lake off the Susquehanna that feeds Exelon Power’s Muddy Run Pumped Storage Facility, generating electricity for the surrounding area during peak demand periods. This park has a wide variety of offerings including great birding, a disc golf course, picnic areas, playgrounds, boat launches for water access, hiking trails, and an observatory. It is pretty far south in the county, but it is definitely worth the trip.
