This is such a great and beautiful location to take the whole family to enjoy the great outdoors of Montana. The lakes are gorgeous and the views incredible. It can get pretty packed during holiday weekends, so either pick another time or come extra early on those days. Well worth the drive out there.

Trailers over 25' may have a hard time find a good spot on the upper loop. There are a couple of pull through sites, but they aren't large. Water spigots do not have threads, so a hose cannot be connected. Most sites not on the shore are very shaded. I got a few hours of sun on my solar panels in site 19. Vault toilets were clean. Fishing at Wade and Cliff lakes was very good.

This is a beautiful lake with clear, cold, blue water! We hope to rent a cabin or campsite next year.
