We were RVing, and were staying at this lovely KOA, when we experienced a window failure, which could have sidelined our trip to Yellowstone. The owner/manager and his staff went above and beyond to assist us in repairing our RV, and getting us on our way. Their kindness and care was greatly appreciated, and will not be forgotten. The entire staff was so friendly, we felt a though we had made new friends there. When we return through Missoula, we will definitely book at this delightful KOA again!
The grounds were spotless and well maintained, and we enjoyed the sparkling swimming pool, and challenging put-put course...
Thanks again, KOA Missoula!!
Some very unkind staff made this an unaccommodating experience. For the price, this seems wildly inappropriate.
We will be likely be cancelling all of our future reservations for KOA on this road trip.
**Edited to respond to these people:
This response seems like a common one that you give when you get a review to don’t like very much. Maybe you could ask what you could do better in the future or even just ignore me. I did stay there, it’s common that a reservation is under one name. You are aware of this and are being deliberately obtuse so that you don’t have to accept responsibility.
This absolutely solidified that we will be cancelling all of our upcoming KOA stays to find better, more accommodating campgrounds. Some of the people you employ here are on a massive power trip and need a hobby.
I will be contacting your head office to let them know why we are cancelling. Best of luck with your downward spiral google rating. 👍🏼
We stayed two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
A very beautiful and attractive campground with the finest sites of any KOA we have found. Many of the sites are shady and are very wide and have an additional parking pad. The park is quiet and the facilities are well maintained. The staff plentiful and very friendly. Our primary complaint is the WiFi, it fair at best and we had trouble staying connected.
