This park has spaces for tents and RVs. There are nice, paved walking paths and covered pavilion. There are also places to fish right from the riverbank.
There is a sewer dump station for campers that are camping in the park.
In town on Hwy-108.
We love staying at Sherin Park! The bathhouse is not the greatest, but we use our own bathroom in our RV. The park is beautiful, well maintained and centrally located to walk to local restaurants and the VFW for a cold beverage. Spots 9 and 10 are the best in the park.
Lots of mature trees and right on the river!
It was a beautiful campground right in town. It was full by the time we arrived.
$20 a night it has a shower house and electric at the sites. There is no water or sewer hook ups. But the shade trees and the quite makes up for that. It does not have wifi but I just use my hotspot off my phone. The lake is right outside my door. It is cooler here then anywhere I have stayed. The sites are a little odd because some are back in some are just pull up. I am happy we found this little gem. I will be here anytime I travel into the area again.
We called ahead the day of arrival and booked site 10 based on other reviews. Excellent site. Too windy for a fire, but a nice site on the river. The park was quiet, two longer-term people up top, and a tenter arrived after dark, but mostly quiet. site 7 looked impossible to level, fyi.
Showers looked pretty awful, and bathrooms overall not very clean. Otherwise, great spot.
