Hard to give a good review for paid parking. It did its job and for only the luxury of $5. It could be worse

Great spot to park for events at the DECC, Bayfront Park, Canal Park and downtown Duluth. Probably the easiest and quickest way to get to Bentleyville on the weekends too!

We had a concert this evening at the DECC Syphany, Home Free. We missed it because of the parking. Everything was full. Every place we were redirected to was full. Why don't people with decc tickets have priority over "ghost ships". Extremely Disappointing!!!

They noticed we had a handicapped sticker so directed us to some temporary H parking that was close to event we were there for. Much appreciated.
