This place is absolutely incredible I have never seen such a selection of hardware. If you want help you have to make an appointment but you can always just swing in and look yourself That's what I did and I was not disappointed.
Shelley has helped me select drawer and door pulls for three recent projects, and she's fantastic! Huge selection of quality product lines to choose from.
I was referred to this comany as we're remodeling many rooms in our home. I called to see if i needed an appt. They said walk ins were welcome. When I arrived it appeared they were disappointed that I was not working with a builder. I was assisted by a female staff, AS, who I felt was unfriendly, and unhelpful. I soon left and will definitely not be returning or referring this company to anyone. Wow! Disappointed!
