A wonderful spot along the river with great tree coverage. We had spot 26 and it felt nice and secluded. The person running the campground was extremely friendly and helpful. We had just met him and it was our first time here but he treated us like we had known him for years. They delivered wood right to our site as well.

Great rustic campground with secluded sites! We stayed in site 18, with our grown kids directly across the gravel road in 19. We could barely see their tent and could barely hear them despite being so close. The first picture is out our camper window looking towards the other site. Provided the perfect setting to be together as a family and still have a private space to retreat to for us introverts. There didn't appear to be a bad site in the whole campground. The owners and staff are very friendly and we LOVE the manager Kailey. The place has something for everyone and they are actively working to improve the place. Close to shopping if you need anything but secluded and private as well. We have already booked our sites for next year's family campout. We highly recommend.

Nice campground near Jay Cooke State Park for RVs and tents. There is a hum from road noise, so you may want ear plugs if tenting. There are porta-potties available around the property. There is a single shower available for free. Wood for sale, and they delivered.

The newer owners and caretakers are very friendly. We enjoyed fresh apples and pears offered to us from the trees near the entry.

(Would be 5 stars except for the noise from the highway roadways nearby)

I believe there should be 2 showers open but one was closed. The one that was open looked newly renovated and was super clean and large! The staff was super friendly and it’s a pet friendly campground. Great for taking walks in the woods and some great fishing hole spots. The campsite was very clean and well kept as well as the porta potties. The staff drove around asking if we needed anything for the night which I thought was so thoughtful. Had I needed anything, I am sure he would’ve been able to grab it. The only reason why I give it a 4 instead of a 5 star rating is just the traffic on 35, you can hear it going by. None of that is the fault of the campground, it’s just unfortunate location being that close to 35 where traffic is constantly going by. But with a little bit of music and good company, it can easily be drowned out. Thanks for having us!

Fun and relaxing place. Spot 18 is biggest and best for tent camping! Staff is super nice and even delivers wood when needed. Walked in the woods and looks like they’re working on expanding…would be awesome to come back and see! Only complaint would be location…right off 35, but it does get quiet at night.
