Beautiful, quiet and cool! Lot's of old tall trees with Bird's singing!
Its kinda dead looking the people are nice but overall you really do nothing there i went there to help my great grandpa get settled for a few days and met the owner (i think). There are a lot of goatheads everywhere which sucks for trucks, rv's, and bikes but otherwise it isnt that bad.
Although I have not stayed there I've stayed another trailer parks this is the highest price trailer park in town as far as I know and I give it one star because it has no shade it has no facilities no laundry no play area for kids no internet. It's priced so high that nobody who's on social security and has to live in a trailer park can afford the place and it's all brand new. I prefer to park at the fairgrounds if I had a choice
The manager Pat is extremely nice and they are dog friendly which is a big plus for us. It's not very impressive but it's quite and clean. Not sure why they posted the top picture of a bigger campsite which is not this place, this is in the middle of a residential area. Love the local kitty who is very friendly even if my dog's would love to use her as a chew toy.
It's definitely a local RV park nothing bad everyone is kinda or just won't talk to you because you're not from there
