This is a fabulous park! The staff is amazing!!!

Close to everything, 3 pools! Everything is clean and well maintained! The full timers we met were all very friendly!

Two of the hot tubs were down for several days, upon inquiring I was told (by residents not staff!) that they will probably not do anything until it’s “on season”.

The only little complaint is that there is no guard for some of the night! It is NOT secured 24 hours, for 8 night hours it is unguarded. I would have felt more comfortable with a guard truly 24 hours a day.

Just a great and well maintained park. Heated pools, bathrooms that are clean and modern. We've been to this park several times and have never been disappointed.

I have been trying for 3 days to reach someone at the Mesa Spirit RV Resort. Their office hours are posted as 9 AM - 4 PM M-F. I have called numerous times attempting to reach someone in the office. I tried calling on Monday 01/15/2024 but the office was closed due to the MLK Holiday. Understandable. I have tried several times throughout the day yesterday and again today. Each time the answering service answers and advises me "the office should be open as their hours are 9-4". They have no other information.

I will now look for another RV resort as apparently this RV resort isn't interested in speaking to potential RV'ers.

The only good thing about this park is the location! We had stayed at this park a couple years ago for a month and it was okay. Very disappointed this time! Sorry post is long but that's because it was BAD!!!

Stayed for a few days 1st week, traveled for a week then came back here for a few more days. There are a few scattered rv sites between the park models so the roads are very narrow and hard to maneuver bigger rigs and tow vehicles.

The courtesy patrol only shows you to your site and is NO help, especially if it's after office hours!

We were escorted through winding, narrow and tight turn roads around and through the park model area. She showed us our site, right between some park models! Then she says "Oh I brought you in the wrong direction we have to go around again"! Really! We told her there was NO WAY we were going to be able to maneuver our 40' fifth wheel and long bed tow vehicle to get into that site! She told us she had no other place to put us and that we could park up by the office for the nite if we wanted until the office was open! Oh and it only has 30 amp electric available, so no real accommodations for a 50 amp rig and no water for the same price!!

Then I guess she had a sudden realization that she could go into the office (after hours) and look for other sites we could go into! She came back and took us to another site that was much easier to get into.

Long story short this is a much older park with very narrow roads, the utility hook ups are old, at the rear of the site, power plugs are underneath the power box upside-down. Water faucets are close to the ground and leak. Concrete pads are all cracked up and coming apart.

The owners obviously have not used any money from fees to make ANY improvements to the sites! Unless your a yearly resident then you get the nicer sites!

Watch out for the sites metal mail boxes, they are in the way and you can't see them from inside the tow vehicle while backing! I know I have a 6 inch scratch down to the metal on my truck!! Then we found out that u can just pull them up straight outta the ground and move them if u need to! Courtesy patrol could have mentioned that! Won't go on about the following week when we came back, that was a mistake!

We've stayed at much better Encore parks than this one, won't be staying here again!!!

We booked in for 0ne month when we arrived a few hours earlier the threeted us horrible...

When we arrived at 10:15 the told us to leave and come back after 12 o'clock or pay $30.00

So we left and came back 12:20 now The told us check in is at 13.00 we could pay $30:00 or leave....so we left for the second time

We paid $1200.00 for one month rent, and when we arrived a little early the send us away.

....whats wrong whit this place......we booked in for one month but we arrive a few hours earlier the won't check us in .

We will never come back to meza spirit rv resort.

When we call Mesa spirit rv resort, the lady we talk to was very nice she answered all our questions, we had her on the speaker phone so that my wife and I could both talk to her, we asked if we could have a picnic table at our site, and her response was yes absolutley.

When we finally checked in, the showed us our site we noticed it right away that we didn't have a picnic table, we went back to the front desk, Sheila was the lady that checked us in, she's also the one that send us away two times before checking us in, she said that we could not have a picnic table at our site.

We will never stay her again.

I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
