A very clean and well cared for USFS campground. A little hard to find if you are not familiar with Wyoming highways. One thing that is good to know is that Wyoming highway routes change when you cross into Colorado, so it is good to have a standard road map with you.

Unfortunately, many of the pine trees are diseased resulting in dead pine needles. Regardless, it still a beautiful place.

Great park for dry rv camping. A little tight for a 30’ trailer, but we got it in and level. Pit toilets were very well maintained and clean, not much odor at all. Close to beautiful mountain pass going toward Laramie.

The campground itself was amazing. Clean, private - one thing though - don't trust Waze to get you there. One trip it took me on a 37 mile shortcut on single lane logging TRAILS. Trust the road signs.

There was hardly anyone there for memorial weekend, so it was spacious for us. There's a short hiking trail that goes around the campground. Be sure to read the signs about the campground's history first, so you know what all the numbered posts are around the grounds.

Very minimal campsite with a picnic table, campfire pit, and access to restrooms. Other than that it is whatever you bring with you! Simplicity is not a bad thing, really nice to keep it simple. Sometimes. At $10 a night it's a great value. There are quite a few dogs and families with young kids here. A mixture of tents and campers among the camp sites.

We stayed in campsite 33 which has great access to the restrooms and dumpsters just 30 yards away. It is a back in campsite. There are also pull through campsites if you prefer.
