Found this place by accident. Nice big campsite! Very quiet. Beautiful. By 11am, tons of flys tho. 🫤

You can not have a quiet moment in this free camping. Target shooting next to you unsupervised. The motorized off-road vehicles stir up so much dirt. The noise is unbelievable.

Free dispersed campsites all over. Some marked some not but there’s plenty to choose from. Roads getting around are better than most of the others I’ve been to. Once you get deeper in it gets a little hairy. Wouldn’t venture to far on 704 without a high clearance & 4WD vehicle. We stayed a little over a week, hardly saw another soul other than the occasional jeep or 4 wheeler. Will definitely be coming back.

Really enjoyed my evening here! Dont be deterred by "no camping" signs right off the main road, you have to drive about a mile further down to get to the national forest and where the dispersed camping begins which has signs posted. Could see some how this area might be rowdy at times as there as plenty of off road trails throughout, but it was a quiet night for me and my spot had everything I needed!
