My kids and I really enjoyed this camp ground. It was quiet, clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. There is water access and a great little beach to swim at. The bathrooms have composting toilets but that's camping. 🤷‍♀️.

Location wise, it's a great spot. Put a boat in, go to the fair, close proximity to the White Mountains with endless things to do. As we left my kids all wanted to make sure we go back there again someday soon.

Went there to view the falls which are beautiful. Free rest rooms. There is access to the Saco river for tubing and canoeing, swimming and there is a campground.

We loved it here. So quiet and peaceful , the owner Mike was great treated us like family I would recommend this place to anyone. Safe for kids clean well taken care of land. The spots are separate and your not on top of each other you get

Allot more privacy then most other camp grounds. Great prices $. You have access to the saco river a one minute walk from any camp site and it's right near the fairgrounds. We loved this peaceful trip and can't wait to go back again.

Absolute worst people I have ever encountered. Dishonest; threatening; and fleece every cent they can. Went to river and were told it's too dangerous. There were no beaches; no where to camp. EVERY WORD A LIE. tricked us into paying for campground then at end of trip stole $20 per car saying we would be reimbursed because we had a camp site. Went to office it was closed. Old man just took the money and ran. Charged another person a 100 dollar "barge deposit" then close the office and no answer when it says they are open until 7pm. How can they close on a Saturday afternoon the busiest day of the week and most amount of people liability on campground. There needs to be leadership changes here to fix these issues.
