We stayed on a Thursday night. The traffic noise was so loud! I thought for sure it would die down as the night went on but it really didn't. The spaces are half paved but have two very large boulders right at the front of the drive that makes backing a big rig tough. We have a 38 foot 5th wheel and it was a lot of back and forth. Water and electric hookups. Good water pressure. Good price. But I think next time we'll pay an extra $10/ night to stay at a campground
We saw reviews saying this place had trash all over so we almost didn't stop here but needed a CVS drugstore for a Rx so we did reserve here. We didn't see trash or litter. Everything looked clean although we didn't use the restrooms. I liked the quick check-in using the link in my confirmation email. I was unhappy that the 10% discount did not get applied when I made the reservation online (it did at the previous one we reserved). The site was long enough for our 38' class A and towed but the concrete pad is centered lengthwise on the site. So to fit, we backed up until our rear tires were on the back edge which meant our rear levelers/stabilizers would be off the pad on the gravel section. Since we were fairly level without them, we chose not to use them for the night. Gotta wonder who designs these places because they sure don't consult RVrs.
First time to stay at a Love's RV hookup, and it was great. Not in with the truckers. Noise level was low compared to lots of RV parks. Clean, safe, & easy to get into your nice concrete space. We had grass between the coaches. Nice dog park. Garbage recepticals at the front of your parking.
I definitely recommend staying at Love's.
A non-camper most likely designed this... I've seen Loves RV hookups at different locations (all concrete, easy access, room to maneuver, etc) so when I booked this, I figured it would be similar... It is not... I don't know who designed this, but they probably have never backed up a trailer... The pads are only 10 feet wide and someone put boulders at the front of each site. If people are parked in the regular RV spots, there is no way you can back into these spots without doing it at an angle, making the boulders nearly impossible to navigate around. My neighbor's electrical box was right by my door, the spots are so tight. They are half concrete, half gravel. Don't stay at this one, stay at the one east of KC in Bates City. Those sites are awesome, these are terrible... Will not stay here again...
