Ugh so gross, poor management, raw savage, power blew up my microwave, a/c and coffee grinder. No showers, bathrooms, Wi-Fi. Got kicked out of the area we were told to walk our dogs, they were even going to call the cops on us. Terrible should be condemned, the trash cans were over flowing, and the sewage around our space was super icky. There is a reason. Why they are cheap and have space. And no, no matter what they tell you, no laundry is allowed at the park next door.
Full hook-up sites with lovely view of santa fe sunsets. Small park. No frills (pool, picnic tables, game room, etc.)but clean and close access to Santa Fe. Owner is very nice and always helpful.
Booked this place because it was the only RV park open in the area during the winter and when we arrived at 7 PM, we found out that our spot was given away because they didn't think we were coming. No one even gave us a phone call. They did end up having an open spot but all of the water hookups were taken by the other RVs so there was no place to hook up water to. The woman did apologize for giving our spot away but this never should have happened in the first place. We booked this spot a month in advance and a phone call was warranted at the minimum. This is the last spot on our 12 day road trip and our worst experience across 4 different states.
Sylvia is a very friendly lady. We were in search of a park that offers monthly rate in the Santa Fe area. We ended up going a different route, but Ms. Sylvia was informative and quick with her response to my inquiry
