Wonderful campground, the best KOA we have visited. The manager Amanda sets a high bar for excellent customer service, and the staff reach it. Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable staff showed us to our site and gave helpful suggestions for level parking. Good sized sites, well situated among tall, mature trees. Clean, refreshing pool. Clean, modern bathhouse.
Needed lots of leveling blocks. Excellent location for visiting all the Hocking Hills attractions. Campsites were nicely spaced. Nice dog park. Latrines were always clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent wi fi
The KOA was nice and clean. The bathrooms were very clean. We seemed to only be one of maybe 10 campers the night we stayed so very quiet. At check in we got charged an extra $15 for being an hour early which was a little frustrating since there were hardly any campers.
The morning staff were very unfriendly. The girl running the desk didn't make eye contact with me, smile at me, and seemed very irritated when I asked questions. The lady making fudge I didn't seem to acknowledge or smile at anyone and one of the workers from outside almost interrupted my conversation with the girl behind the desk but stopped himself. The night staff was the complete opposite. Very friendly, full of smiles and interacting with my children.
We had a great experience at this KOA! Was very easy check in and out also very friendly. Staff went above and beyond for us as we ended up having issues with our truck on the day we were suppose to leave and staff came to our rescue to help get it towed and fixed in the same day also let us stay until it was all taken care of with no extra charge! We will definitely be back with this campsite and its wonderful views and staff!!! Thank you all so much we appreciate all the kindness and help
Always a great stay at this KOA. The staff is amazing, especially the couple who was there the evening (Thursday 9/28) we arrived. We have visited there the last three years in the fall and have had a great experience each time. We appreciate the well maintained campground it is and they are super about communicating everything that is going on throughout the weekend! Thanks for a great stay....we will see you next year!
