Peaceful campground on the Licking River with cottage a house, two bunk houses with bunkbeds for up to 50 each and several acres for primitive camping. 18 RV hookups adjoining property.
The purpose of this property is to provide work programs for developmentally disabled adults - they will be responsible for the daily maintenance and tasks around the property.
I took a group of 20 students to the Creation Museum and we stayed at Laurel Bend for 3 nights. It was fantastic. Our bus broke down and the owners worked with us to get it fixed, find vans for us to use while we were there, and offered to feed us and let us stay extra nights if need be. My students really enjoyed the property and had a ton of fun. I couldn’t be more happy that we decided to stay there.
We use Laurel Bend frequently to host special guest speakers and bands! They are very professional and truly go above and beyond for their guests.
This place was AMAZING!!!! We stayed here over Christmas, Dec. 21-28th. Close to both the Ark and Creation Museum, as well as the Cincinnati Airport and zoo!
The home was clean, and very comfortable for our party of 9, easily sleeps 10! Plenty of linens and towels for our crew! Hosts were very nice, great communication! The animals are cute, the Alpacas were our favorite!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!
We stayed here during a funeral. Was very well prepared for us, clean and fully fitted with grocery items just in case u could not get any food. Like everything u need is taken care of. Would definitely come again.
We will definitely be recommending people to Laurel Bend! We stayed a couple of nights in their cottage on site. It was very nice and slept 6 of us with room for more. The owners were very kind and let us pet their alpacas and goats and pony. They even brought feed out and let us feed them. Our kids loved that! W really appreciated their hospitality and from reading some of their guestbook, it sounds like we aren't the only ones. Nice place and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
