We had a very nice 3 day stay at this campground. It was our first time out with our new camper and it was fun. Very clean and well designed campground full of family fun. The staff was so helpful and friendly! We will definitely stay there again.

Property is really nice. The loft cabins are super nice! Have to clean up after yourself and bring your own blankets, but the rates are super low and include the swim pond and pool. The small lake is more of a muck lake but does have bass in it. We did not have time to rent a row boat to get to a clear area though. They definitely are fussy about the 5mph which is hard to do in the golf carts without them sputtering, but staff was never rude and are obviously doing it for the safety of all the little kids running around. I think they should up it to 7mph though :) Inflatables were in good shape. Will return next year!

Average campground, nothing really special. It's worth a weekend, but extended stay would be tough to handle.

Pros:

1. Large grassy sites for any unit size, including tents.

2. Pool and man-made pond with inflatables are nice

3. In general 5 mph speed limit is followed by most, and enforced by staff

4. Staff is friendly and helpful

5. Rates are reasonable for a private campground

Cons:

1. Pull through sites are newer, so very young trees and no shade at all

2. Bathroom and shower facilities are very old and are in need of repair

3. Pool restrooms are not ADA compliant, and are not handicap accessible

4. Campground store is limited at best. Absolute basics is all you can buy

5. The "lake" is really a weed and carp fishery. Good for young kids to throw in a line and try their luck.

Great RV park with lots of stuff to do, especially with kids. Sites are huge compared to most RV parks. Lots of room between your neighbors. They have fun themed weekends planned throughout the season. Would definitely plan to come back for an extended staycation.

We found this place because it was mid point for us and friends we have in St. Paul. We started going to here in 2021 and have gone a couple times each year since. In just those two years I have seen many improvements done. New electric, water, and sewer at most sites. The big pond. A community fire every Saturday. Activities on most weekends. Lots of new BIG sites. Some of the biggest I've seen in the 30 years I've been camping. It seems that they are putting a lot of time and money back into the park and the owners are very friendly and easy to talk to. This was a big reason my wife and I decided to go for a seasonal site here. Staff is always friendly and helpful. As other stated the speed limit is a tad low, but I got used to it very quickly and it is for safety. I can't wait to spend many weekends here in 2024 and years to come.
